Businessman known for making revenues whereas entrepreneur focused on creating value. A business owner work as a market player and entrepreneur as a market leader. An entrepreneur job also requires being able to allocate resources to set up operations.

A businessman stays with the more traditional way to doing business whereas an entrepreneur is innovative and revolutionary. Businessman hires people to increase business productivity.

Entrepreneur specializes in starting companies and selling them once they have become profitable. An expert manager can assist a small business in growing and becoming more efficient.
